Muay FIIT is our signature fitness-focused program designed for all experience levels. Unlike a standard cardio-kickboxing class, Muay FIIT is led by WBC Muay Thai Champion Stephanie Tanguay, ensuring that while you're getting an incredible workout, you’re also learning technically sound striking fundamentals.
The Muay FIIT Experience:
* Championship-Level HIIT: We combine heavy bag work, bodyweight exercises, and interval training to keep your heart rate up and your metabolism firing long after you leave the gym.
